At Levoryn S.A.S. ("Levoryn", "we") we respect the privacy of users of the site levoryn.com.ar. This Policy describes what personal data we collect, for which purposes, on which legal basis we rely and which rights you can exercise, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processing is Levoryn S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71934520-4, with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1150, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Privacy contact: privacy@levoryn.com.ar.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the newsletter form (name and email address) and the usual technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, browser, pages visited), the latter always subject to the consent expressed on the cookie banner.
3. Purposes
We use personal data to send you updates on real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina, respond to your enquiries, measure site usage in an aggregated manner and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use the data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on individuals.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (article 5 of Law 25.326) when submitting the form and accepting the cookie banner. It is also based on our legitimate interest in maintaining site security and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
Data from the newsletter form is retained as long as you keep your subscription active. You can request to unsubscribe at any time by writing to privacy@levoryn.com.ar. Technical records are kept for a maximum of twelve months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or share your personal data for commercial purposes. We may share it with providers of infrastructure, email delivery and analytics services under agreements that guarantee appropriate levels of protection. In case of international transfer, the safeguards provided by Law 25.326 and by the Argentine Data Protection Authority will apply.
7. Rights
You may exercise, free of charge, the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by writing to privacy@levoryn.com.ar. You may also file a claim before the Argentine Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority of Law 25.326.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls on our systems and periodic review of providers. No system is infallible; in the event of any relevant incident, we will inform in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will be published on this same URL with the last update date clearly visible.
